Terms
Version 1.0, 2 September 2026. Draft, pending compliance approval before launch.
Who we are
EvenPay is a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd (company no. 14760023), Office 116 Regents Pavilion, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 6BJ. Solvo Solutions Ltd is a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 1013195). ICO registration ZB675050.
What we do, and what we do not do
We check whether your circumstances look like a supermarket equal pay claim, and if they do we refer you to Harcus Parker Limited, solicitors, who trade as Parker Kerrigan when taking referrals from us. We do not give legal advice, we do not assess the merits of your claim, and we do not run claims. The solicitors decide whether to act for you.
What it costs you
Nothing. You pay Solvo Solutions Ltd no fee at any stage, whether or not your claim succeeds. If you go on to instruct the solicitors, their fee is set out in the funding agreement they ask you to sign, and it is deducted from any compensation recovered. We are paid a referral fee by the solicitors. That fee is not passed on to you and does not change what you pay them.
You do not need us
You can raise equal pay with your employer yourself, use Acas early conciliation free of charge, or bring a claim to an employment tribunal without any representation. Using a claims management company or a solicitor does not guarantee that your claim will be resolved more quickly or with a better prospect of success.
Your information
We collect the answers you give in the check and your contact details, so that we can assess your eligibility and tell you the outcome. Your details reach the solicitors when you sign their funding agreement. How we handle your information, how long we keep it, and your rights are set out in the privacy notice.
Changing your mind
You can stop at any point before you sign the solicitors' funding agreement, at no cost, by emailing compliance@solvosolutions.co.uk. Once you have signed that agreement, its own cancellation terms apply, including the cooling-off period it sets out.
Accuracy of what you tell us
We rely on the answers you give. If they are wrong or incomplete, the assessment may be wrong, and the solicitors may decline to act.
Estimates on this site
The estimator is an illustration based on the figures you enter and representative assumptions. It is not a promise of compensation, not advice, and not a statement of what any tribunal will award.
Complaints
Our complaints procedure, including how to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, is on the complaints page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
