Who we are
EvenPay is a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd (company no. 14760023, ICO registration ZB675050), Office 116 Regents Pavilion, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 6BJ. Solvo Solutions Ltd is the data controller for the details you give us on this site. Contact: compliance@solvosolutions.co.uk.
What we collect
The answers you give in the check (supermarket, role, employment status, whether you are already in a claim), your name, date of birth, email, mobile number and postcode, the hours and years you entered in the estimator, and the page and advert you arrived from. We also collect technical information about your visit, including your IP address, device characteristics and how you arrived at this site, which we use to verify that enquiries are genuine.
Why, and on what basis
To assess whether your situation looks like an equal pay claim and to send you the next step (taking steps at your request before a contract). To verify that enquiries are genuine and to prevent fraud (our legitimate interest). To keep records the Financial Conduct Authority requires us to keep (legal obligation). To contact you about your claim and related services by email, text or phone only where you have separately ticked the box for that channel (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing compliance@solvosolutions.co.uk).
Who we share it with
If you go ahead, your details are passed to Parker Kerrigan, a trading name of Harcus Parker Limited, solicitors, who become a data controller in their own right for the handling of your claim. We are paid a referral fee by them. We use hosting and form-processing providers to run this site; they act on our instructions.
Automated decisions
No enquiry is rejected automatically. A person reviews any enquiry our checks flag.
How long we keep it
Records are kept for six years after your enquiry or case closes, in line with regulatory record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email compliance@solvosolutions.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
