Fee structure

Checking your eligibility costs nothing. EvenPay does not charge you at any stage.

If your claim does not succeed, you pay nothing.

If your claim succeeds, the solicitors' fee is deducted from the back pay recovered. Harcus Parker Limited (SRA no. 653501) publishes the following terms for supermarket equal pay claims through its Fair Pay UK service: a fee of 24% plus VAT of the compensation recovered, and an estimated maximum of £150 contribution towards disbursements. Parker Kerrigan is the trading name under which Harcus Parker takes referrals from EvenPay. The terms that apply to you are set out in the funding agreement you read and sign before your claim starts, and they are the only terms that bind you. You have 14 days from signing to change your mind. A fee may be payable for claims cancelled after the 14-day cooling-off period, as set out in that agreement.

How EvenPay is paid. EvenPay is a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd, a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 1013195). If we identify a potential claim we refer you to Harcus Parker Limited, trading as Parker Kerrigan, who pay us a referral fee. This fee is not passed to you and does not change the fee you pay the solicitors.

You do not need us. You can raise the issue directly with your employer, use Acas early conciliation for free, or bring a claim to an employment tribunal yourself. Using a claims management company or solicitor may not resolve your claim more quickly or with a better prospect of success.
