Fee structure

Checking your eligibility costs nothing. EvenPay does not charge you at any stage.

If your claim does not succeed, you pay nothing.

If your claim succeeds, Harcus Parker charges a fee of 24% + VAT of the money you recover — set out in full before you sign. The fee is deducted from the back pay recovered. The terms that apply to you are set out in the funding agreement you read and sign before your claim starts, and they are the only terms that bind you.

How EvenPay is paid. EvenPay is a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd, a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 1013195). If we identify a potential claim we refer you to Harcus Parker Limited, who pay us a referral fee. This fee is not passed to you and does not change the fee you pay the solicitors.

You do not need us. You do not need paid representation to bring an equal pay claim. You can raise the issue directly with your employer, contact Acas for free early conciliation, or bring a claim to an employment tribunal yourself. A claim made through a claims management company or solicitor may not necessarily be resolved more quickly, or with a better prospect of success.
